Data Protection:

This policy is regulated by Peruvian law and in particular by:

• Law N° 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law.
• Supreme Decree N° 003-2013-JUS, which approves the Regulation of Law N° 29733.
• Information Security Directive, approved by Directorial Resolution N° 019-2013-JUS/DGPDP.

According to Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law and its Regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, personal data is understood as any numerical, alphabetical, graphic, photographic, acoustic, personal habits, or any other type of information concerning a natural person that identifies him/her or makes him/her identifiable through means that can be reasonably used.

Likewise, the processing of personal data is understood as any operation or technical procedure, automated or not, that allows the collection, recording, organization, storage, conservation, elaboration, modification, extraction, consultation, use, blocking, suppression, communication by transfer or diffusion or any other form of processing that facilitates the access, correlation or interconnection of personal data.

The company develops its privacy policy in the processing of personal data in accordance with the guiding principles established in Law No. 29733 – Law on Protection of Personal Data and therefore:

According to the principle of legality, rejects the collection of personal data of our Users by fraudulent, unfair or unlawful means.

In accordance with the principle of consent, in the processing of personal data of our Users will be mediated by their consent.

The personal data of our customers and users of the website will be collected for a specific, explicit and lawful purpose, and will not be extended to any other purpose that has not been unequivocally established as such at the time of collection, excluding the cases of activities of historical, statistical or scientific value when a dissociation or anonymization procedure is used.

Any processing of personal data shall be adequate, relevant and not excessive to the purpose for which they were collected.

The personal data to be processed shall be truthful, accurate and, as far as possible, up to date, necessary, relevant and adequate with respect to the purpose for which they were collected. They shall be kept in a manner that ensures their security and only for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing.

The company and, where appropriate, the data processors, adopt the necessary technical, organizational and legal measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data. The company has the appropriate security measures, according to the processing to be carried out and the category of personal data involved.
