Terms & Conditions

Deposits & Payments: To confirm the reservation we require a deposit of minimum
50% of the total costs of the trip. After receiving the payment, we will confirm all the
tickets and services and send you a detailed travel confirmation. The remaining amount
is to be received at the latest 2 days before the start of your tour by any of the accepted
payment methods or can be made in cash in Cusco and also we require the copy or scan
of your passport and Immigration Card, you can send this Documents per Email or
make a copy directly on our office in Cusco.
Cancelations: If you have to cancel your booking for any reason, the fees to cover non-
refundable/non-changeable reservations are the following:

Up to 8 weeks before the start of the tour: 25% of the total payment
Up to 6 weeks before the start of the tour: 40% of the total payment
Up to 4 weeks before the start of the tour: 60% of the total payment
Less than 4 weeks before the start of the tour: 100% of the total payment

*NOTE: INKA TRAIL RESERVATIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Payment Information

You can make the payment via bank transfer, Western Union, Money Gram or Pay Pal.
Please note that the sender has to cover all the fees charged by the respective
payment providers and make sure that VIVA Peru receives the full amount of payment.
